Smart Meters
iOfficiency’s proprietary energy meters continuously measures and records the energy consumption of all major mechanical equipment and correlates the measured consumption with the expected demand calculated by data received from a variety of sources (occupancy sensors, energy meters, thermostats, etc). This allows us to create a detailed demand response model to accurately monitor wasteful energy usage trends and suggest corrective actions (involving energy usage scheduling or facility maintenance).
